No returns or exchanges of fiber products including yarn and handmade wearable items. Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order.

All other products, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Digital items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items. Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order.
